Booking Information

All trek options and the Farm Visit require pre-booking. This is to ensure we manage the workload of our llamas carefully and of course have enough of the yummy refreshments to go round!!

We take advanced bookings and short notice dependant on availability. It's suggested that you try and book in advance where possible to avoid disappointment for your required date, especially if celebrating a special occasion!  

For Group Bookings, please contact us with chosen dates and your requirements.

To Book ;

• Decide which option you would like from the 'Choose A Trek' page
• Decide on the date you prefer to come (preferable to have two dates in mind)!
• Either e-mail us via the 'Contact Us' page or telephone 01423 711052

We will check availability, if there is space for that date, then we can book you in, or we may offer you an alternative date if we are fully booked.

• We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The remainder to be paid on the day.
• You can pay either via BACS (bank details can be provided over the phone) or send us a cheque payable to 'Nidderdale Llamas'. Kiln Farm, Wilsill, Pateley Bridge, HG3 5EE.
• On receipt of your deposit we will issue confirmation, directions and a list of F.A.Q.s.

Short Notice Bookings - If your on holiday in the area and want to book in, we do try to accommodate you where possible. On these occasions we don't ask for a deposit as often there is no time to allow for it to reach us. Payment can be made in full on the day.

Please note - At present we have no 'card' machine facilities. Payments are therefore limited to cash, cheque or BACS (if made in advance).
