A Half Day Trek along tracks, fields and quiet country roads, stopping in a wooded area for beverages on route all carried by your llama! Then returning to the farm for a delicious homemade individual picnic, catering to your individual dietary requirements and taste (pre-ordered on booking).

Half Day Trek Information

After an introduction to the llamas and alpacas and selecting the most appropriate llama for your personality, we run through how to handle them out trekking. We then set off spotting wildlife as we go and relaxing in the beautiful Nidderdale scenery, whilst you become acquainted with your new fleecy friend. We meet a herd of alpacas on route and other farm animals along the way. After a 3.5 mile trek of some gentle hill climbs, we return to the farm, where we provide homemade individual picnics, catering to your individual dietary requirements and taste (pre-ordered on booking).

This option lasts approx 4 hrs 30 mins.

Please note the age limit for this option is 14 yrs old. Also we can not take children under 16 yrs old without a paying adult, of which we do ‘spectator’ places, or why not book your own llama!
