The Lloyalty Reward Scheme:

You will receive a Lloyalty Card with your Membership Card. Use the Lloyalty Card every time you take part in a trek or experience with us, collect 5 stamps, and your 6th trek/experience you will receive 50% off your place. This does not have to be within the year, as it is a rolling reward scheme, providing you renew your annual membership each year.

Deposit Protection:

Upon booking a trek/experience, our T&C’s state a 50% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required in order to secure the booking, meaning you would lose your deposit should you cancel a booking. Membership gives you as a member ‘Deposit Protection’, meaning in the event you had to cancel your booking, you would receive your deposit back as a credit note (T&C’s apply).

Long Lloyalty Award:

After 5 years continual membership, you will receive a long lloyalty award voucher to the value of £30.
