Scenic Farm Trek

Starting this option with an introduction to llamas and alpacas, and a bit about our herd, we then move onto the ‘speed-dating’, where we match you to the right llama or alpaca for you for the walk. Moving onto a health and safety briefing, before setting off on our 1.5 mile trek around the boundaries of the farm. This route covers different terrain whilst admiring the fantastic scenery, and meeting some of our other llamas and alpacas who are enjoying the day in the field. Some hill walking is involved, although llama trekking is a steady pace and some terrain can also be uneven in places also.

This option is inclusive of cakes and drinks on return to the farm. The full session is approximately 3 hours in total.

This is our most popular option, which runs frequently throughout the week.

Scenic Farm Trek Information

This short trek goes around the farm boundaries for approx 1. 5 miles. We cross different terrain such as fields, tracks a small country road then a gentle hill climb and wind our way admist amazing views across the valley back to the farm where you can then enjoy beverages and cakes!

This option last approx 3 hours.

Please note the age limit for this option is 10yrs old, also we can not take children under 16yrs without a paying adult, of which we offer ‘spectator’ places, or you are welcome to book your own llama!
